Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Subject

These Terms govern the sale of products by Sleep & Rest (77 boulevard Bessières, 75017 Paris) via sleepandrest.com. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are contractual. Sleep & Rest reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) in your local currency. Sleep & Rest reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in force at the time of ordering.

4. Order

Placing an order involves the following steps:

1. Selecting products and adding them to your cart
2. Validating the cart and entering delivery information
3. Choosing a payment method and confirming
4. Order confirmation by email

Sleep & Rest reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent order or if a product is unavailable.

5. Payment

Payment is made securely online via Shopify Payments. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. No banking data is stored on our servers.

6. Delivery

Delivery times run from the shipping confirmation. Sleep & Rest cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Right of withdrawal — 30 nights satisfied or refunded

You have 30 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to justify it. Contact us at: retours@sleepandrest.com

Refund within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the return. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

8. Legal Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under applicable law.

9. Disputes and Mediation

In case of dispute, contact us at contact@sleepandrest.com. If unresolved, you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These Terms are governed by French law.
